Copp & Sons Building Movers is one of the largest and most well-know moving companies in New England, and has operated out of Cumberland, ME since 1956, originally owned by Clayton and Virginia Copp. Clayton Copp Sr. designed and built all the hydraulic moving trucks himself in the fifties, and he and Virginia worked hard for the rest of their lives to build the business into what it is today.

The business has been passed down to Clayton Sr.’ sons, Clayton Jr., and Clifton. Now, decades from its inception, it remains operated entirely by family, having completed jobs all over the state and beyond.
